When you place an order or contact us or a merchant we serve — including by phone with our automated ordering assistant — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, order details, and delivery address where applicable. Payment card details are processed by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
We use this information to process and fulfill orders, send transactional notifications (such as order confirmations, pickup-readiness updates, and secure payment links), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
We use first-party measurement to understand which pages people visit and where our inquiry process needs improvement. New page-view records contain known page paths, broad acquisition categories, language, device category, approximate country/region/city where available, and a daily identifier derived from network and browser information. To estimate location, our server may send the requesting IP address to our geolocation provider, ip-api.com. Raw IP addresses are not stored in these page-view or action-event records. The daily identifier changes each day and may also change when our server restarts; it is not a count of individual people. Older measurement records may also contain referring URLs, campaign labels and browser descriptions. Those historical records are kept separate from the new measurement.
Our website also records limited actions such as clicking a contact link, viewing or starting a form, attempting to submit it, and the type of a form error. These action events do not contain anything typed into a form, contact addresses, or URL query strings. We do not set a persistent browser identifier for these events. Optional browser action reporting is disabled when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; ordinary server-side request measurement remains separate.
When you submit an inquiry, we store the contact details you provide so our team can follow up. An inquiry may be associated with its page, acquisition source, and daily identifier to measure whether inquiries are being saved. Clicking a phone or email link does not tell us whether a call or message was completed.
If you give consent to receive order-related text messages, we send transactional SMS only — order confirmations, status updates, and secure payment links. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and consent remain with Infinity Pay and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, payment processing and message delivery), and only for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information.
We retain order records as required for business and legal purposes and protect them with industry-standard safeguards.
